If you enable Pixel Perfect mode, it will constrain the position of the analog sticks and triggers to integer values, making for a clean, pixel perfect view. Still not working? You'll have to download an xInput wrapper (I personally prefer the very good, very free, open source XOutput). So ignore the warning, and give it a try.
